Matt Howland, Technologist & Advisor

Matt Howland most recently was CEO of Loyalty Lab, a customer relationship management platform that integrates on-demand loyalty programs for online travel retailers and service companies. After the startup's $23 million acquisition to TIBCO Software in late 2010, Matt took on an executive role with the parent company for the next two years. During his time at Loyalty Lab, Matt held other various leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer and VP, Engineering. Prior to that, he helped Fortune 500 companies and government agencies design and scale enterprise solutions at several consulting and custom development firms.

Matt holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.

Joshua Tretakoff, Entrepreneur & Advisor

Josh Tretakoff is an expert with using technology to improve the customer relationship since creating and growing the e-commerce site for The Sharper Image back in 1995. Of the many executive roles he's held at high-growth startups, his most notable title has been with Loyalty Lab, serving as its founder and EVP of Services for nearly seven years until August 2010. Currently, he is focused on improving customer retention and loyalty at Pearl.com, the largest and fastest growing provider of access to professional services online. He is also an advisor to a number of other startups including Wooboard and EnerAllies.

Josh holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

Lindsey Ann Thomas, VP, Westfield Labs

Lindsey Thomas is Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Westfield Labs, a new global digital innovation arm of The Westfield Group, a multinational shopping group with a portfolio value of over $64 billion. She serves as a key component to helping Westfield get plugged into the digital and technology space and is responsible for building the company's corporate digital narrative, driving press initiatives, shaping event strategy, and inventing creative ways to build a strong brand regionally in Silicon Valley. Lindsey is also very active in the San Francisco community acting as an advisor at both non-profit digital organizations San Francisco Bay Area Innovation Group (sfBIG) and Women in Wireless.

Lindsey holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and English at the University of California, Davis.
